Yurt Dışından Getirilen Cep Telefonlarından Alınan Harç Bedeli
According to the rules related to 5392 numbered law, the necessary regulations were done about not giving electronic communication service for lost, fugitive, stolen equipments, and in Authority's CEIR the equipments that IMEI number changed.
This regulation will prevent usage of non-registered mobile phones and by the way tax loss, also prevent many mobile phone users to be submitted hijacking and the automation of processes about importation will be established. By the way, separation of legal and illegal equipments that enter our country can be done.
Also has brought engagement to operators about not giving electronic communication service to lost, fugitive, stolen equipments and the equipments IMEI has changed in Telecommunication Authority's database that will be established. For these equipments not connecting to electronic communication service, necessary regulations has done by Authority and operators and by completing CEIR-EIR connections application process has started.
After starting the application process, for handling problems and completing the deficiency of the system, Authority and GSM operators gathered, held meetings, and long ways has stepped about taking necessary precautions.
Beside there are similar systems in the world, first and uniquely, the established system has property of blocking the non-registered and fugitive mobile phones. By the way, it is aimed at preventing not only stolen phones market and also the fugitive mobile phones causing tax loss and causing unfair competition in the sector. For system's working fast and efficient, parallel working many systems gathered, high operated big system occurred. With this system, created for special aims, millions of data can be evaluated truely and fast. 26/12/2019

23 Aralık 2019 tarihli ve 30987 sayılı Resmi Gazete'de Hazine ve Maliye Bakanlığı'nca yayımlanan "Vergi Usul Kanunu Genel Tebliği (Sıra No: 512)" uyarınca, 2020 yılı için yeniden değerleme oranı %22,58 olarak açıklanmıştır.
Bu kapsamda, yolcu beraberinde yurt dışından getirilecek elektronik kimlik bilgisini haiz cihazlara ilişkin (bireysel) IMEI kayıt işleminde alınan kullanım izin harç tutarı, 01/01/2020 saat 00:00'dan itibaren 1.500 TL'den 1838,70 TL.'ye yükseltilecektir.
2020 Yılı İthalatçı IMEI Kayıt Ücreti Belirlendi!
Bu kapsamda, yolcu beraberinde yurt dışından getirilecek elektronik kimlik bilgisini haiz cihazlara ilişkin (bireysel) IMEI kayıt işleminde alınan kullanım izin harç tutarı, 01/01/2020 saat 00:00'dan itibaren 1.500 TL'den 1838,70 TL.'ye yükseltilecektir.
Elektronik Kimlik Bilgisini Haiz Cihazların Kayıt Altına Alınmasına Dair Tebliğin Kayıt ücreti başlıklı 11 inci maddesinde (2) Kayıt altına alınacak ithal veya imal edilen IMEI numaraları için yatırılacak kayıt ücreti; her yıl Maliye Bakanlığınca belirlenen yeniden değerleme oranı doğrultusunda tekrar hesaplanır. Hesaplamalarda kesirler tama iblağ edilir hükmü yer almaktadır.
Bu çerçevede; 01.01.2020 tarihinden itibaren kayıt altına alınması talep edilen her bir IMEI için yatırılması gereken IMEI kayıt ücreti 97 Kuruş olarak belirlenmiştir.
IMEI kayıt ücretleri herhangi bir Ziraat Bankası Şubesi aracılığı ile KURUMSAL TAHSİLAT İŞLEMLERİ- BTK MOBİL CİHAZ KAYIT SİSTEMİ menüsünden İTHALAT NUMARASI ile yatırılmalıdır, önemle duyurulur.

Ticaret Bakanlığı tarafından; elektronik kimlik bilgisini haiz eşyanın ithalatında ve ihracatında Kurumumuz tarafından elektronik ortamda gerçekleştirilecek kontrole ilişkin usul ve esasların düzenlenmesini teminen İthalat:2019/19 sayılı Elektronik Kimlik Bilgisini Haiz Eşyanın İthalatı Hakkında Tebliğ ve İhracat:2019/5 sayılı Elektronik Kimlik Bilgisini Haiz Eşyanın İhracatı Hakkında Tebliğ, 18/06/2019 tarihli ve 30805 sayılı Resmi Gazete'de yayımlanmıştır. Anılan Tebliğler yayımı tarihinden 20 gün sonra 08/07/2019 tarihinde yürürlüğe girecektir.
